We understand that purchasing a home is a huge investment, and naturally, you want to be involved every step of the way. A common question we receive is whether clients can attend the property inspection. While we appreciate your interest, we recommend that clients do not attend the inspection, and here’s why.

To ensure a thorough and unbiased evaluation, it’s crucial that the property remains as vacant as possible. This allows our engineers to focus entirely on their work without distractions, ultimately providing you with the most accurate assessment. Please also note that our sales team will not contact engineers during inspections to maintain efficiency.

For security and insurance reasons, only the selling agent is authorised to grant access to the property. Our engineers cannot allow client access during the survey. If you’d like to visit the property, you should make arrangements directly with the selling agent, who will coordinate a suitable time.

After the inspection, our engineers aim to provide a brief update on their findings. Your report will then be sent to you by email within 3 working days

We know other providers may operate differently, but our approach ensures punctuality, thorough inspections, and a comprehensive report. This way, you can move forward confidently in your property purchase, armed with all the essential information.

Our goal is to offer the best service possible, and this policy helps us deliver on that promise. We’re here to support you every step of the way as you find your perfect home.
