A relative who is an auctioneer recommended Property Health Check to us as he said the quality of the reports was excellent. Very comprehensive survey of the property and reported on issues that never even occurred to me. Photos taken of all/any issues and placed in report, with arrows specifying exactly where problems were. Have used Property Health Check in past and will use again.
